MnKly is a digital intermediary platform that connects clients with independent service providers. The Platform facilitates communication and coordination between parties only.

MnKly is NOT a party to any agreement between clients and service providers.

3. Payments & Financial Transactions

• All payments are made OUTSIDE the platform directly between the client and service provider.
• MnKly does NOT process, handle, or guarantee any payments.
• MnKly does NOT provide escrow or any financial protection for payments.
• Any financial disputes are the sole responsibility of the contracting parties.
• MnKly bears no liability for any financial losses arising from transactions made outside the platform.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for verifying the identity and credentials of the other party before any transaction.
• You are responsible for agreeing on service terms and payment arrangements with the other party.
• You must be 18 years or older to use the Platform.
• You agree to use the Platform in good faith and not for any illegal purpose.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

MnKly is NOT liable for:

• The quality, delivery, or outcome of services provided
• Any financial losses from external transactions
• Disputes between clients and service providers
• Fraud or misuse by platform users
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

6. Service Provider Independence

Service providers on MnKly are independent individuals, not employees or agents of MnKly. MnKly makes no representations about their qualifications, reliability, or work quality.

7. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used in a harmful manner.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.
